We offer various service packages with different pricing options. Please refer to our website for current pricing information.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your utilization of the Services shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through mediation, with litigation as a secondary option if mediation is unsuccessful.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party, agreed upon by both parties, with the goal of achieving a mutually acceptable resolution. The mediator’s role is to facilitate communication and negotiation rather than imposing a decision.

If mediation does not result in a resolution, the parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

This approach aims to encourage an amicable resolution through mediation while providing the option of litigation if necessary. It is recommended to seek legal advice to tailor these provisions to the specific needs of your consultancy services and comply with any legal requirements.
